Adobe has revamped its Creative Cloud video desktop apps and Adobe Anywhere for video, as part of efforts to bring more streamlined production workflows for video professionals.

As part of updates, Adobe has improved media and project management tools in Adobe Premiere Pro CC; upgrade user-interface across all Adobe video desktop apps.

The new updates will also enable video professionals to create, collaborate and deliver high quality productions across multiple screens.

Adobe professional video product management senior director Bill Roberts said: "As the video and broadcast industries continue to rapidly evolve, so too does Adobe’s video technology.

"With Creative Cloud, we have accelerated the rate at which we deliver the features our customers need to create compelling new experiences and transform the video industry with high-quality productions."

With new advancements, Adobe plans to accelerate support for hardware and standards; offer a refreshed user-interface across all video applications; offer powerful new media and project management features; and streamline workflows and ongoing modifications to ease regular tasks.

Adobe Anywhere has also been improved as part of the upgrade, which is a collaborative workflow platform for users of Adobe professional video offerings like Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Adobe After Effects CC.
