Spectrum Information Technologies Inc, New York said it has a joint development agreement with Cumulus Corp on cellular-based data products incorporating Spectrum’s cellular interface technology: the two will develop a 12.9 oz cellular telephone, and also laptop, handheld, and pen-based computers.
