MediaConferencing technology from VideoTelecom Corp of Austin, Texas, is an integral component of a new videoconferencing system that Canon Inc will market in the Pacific Rim after Canon signed a multi-year sales and distribution agreement for the MediaMax multimedia conferencing hardware to be integrated into systems sold under Canon’s name; Canon has placed orders for MediaMaxes totaling nearly $1.3m this year and its new CanoMedia comes in four models, the V9700, V9300, V9100 and V9050; it is ISDN-compatible and includes the full MediaConferencing functionality.
