Belgacom, Brussels has chosen Computer Sciences Corp to lead a revamping of its billing systems under a contract worth $35m over three years: Computer Sciences will work with AT&T Co and Coopers & Lybrand to develop and construct a system to meet the demands of the European telecommmunications market when it liberalises in 1998; AT&T will supply hardware and Coopers & Lybrand will oversee quality control during the development and implementation.
