Tucson, Arizona-based Artisoft Inc has created separate hardware and software businesses in order to sharpen up both operations: Arisoft’s acquisition of networking equipment manufacturer Eagle Technology Inc aided in this decision since it will enable Arisoft to expand in the adaptor market.
