APRICOT ISSUES NETWORK ADVANCE PROGRAM

Birmingham-based Apricot Computers Ltd has announced its new Network Advance Programme aimed at users wanting to migrate from the company’s VX-NET networking software to Novell Inc NetWare: there are to be three combined server packages based on the XEN-LS 486SX for small networks, the FTe 486SX for sites with up to 20 users and the FTe 486DX for larger installations with up to 100 users; prices are UKP2,400, UKP5,0000 and UKP7,500 respectively; in each case server hardware, NetWare 3.11 and Apricot’s Server Environment Pack are included, and the offer is available until March 31.
