The first NetPCs are to be previewed at the end of the month at Acorn World 97, the machines having been designed by Acorn Group Plc and licensed by Oracle Corp. Coinciding with the NetPC launch Acorn will also be strutting its stuff with its LAN TV, a server and hardware package that delivers video on demand to low cost televisions via the enterprise.
