The Acer Sertek Co affiliate of Acer Inc plans to list on Taiwan’s stock market in early September: the computer manufacturer is 48% owned by Acer Inc. After the listing, Acer’s stake will be cut to about 37%, the company said. Acer Sertek distributes hardware, software and semiconductor components in Taiwan. Acer said China Development Corp will be the underwriter.
