Accenture said that its High Velocity Talent and HR solution for SAP SuccessFactors Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite is now gaining popularity and is being implemented across several industries at lower cost and higher flexibility.
Accenture’s High Velocity Talent and HR solution offer standardisation in implementing core modules of SuccessFactors rapidly and efficiently. It has end-to-end project deliverables needed to support all aspects SuccessFactors’ implementation lifecycle.
Business processes in High Velocity Talent are claimed to have been configured for ready-to-use, so they can be implemented in three months of time. HR functions can be moved quickly onto the cloud while speeding up time to value and can boost the return on investment.
High Velocity Talent and HR has been designed to help clients with easy modification of scope by including add-ons to requirements, while reducing risk with a highly predictive solution.
According to the company, at present there are more than 10 clients across the US, Canada and several countries in Europe in several industries such as chemicals, energy, oil & gas and consumer goods that are using High Velocity Talent and HR solutions to fully implement SAP SucessFactors, quickly and at lower cost.
One of Accenture’s clients FirstEnergy in the US, implemented SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems in February this year.
With this implementation, users now can get a unified learning experience aligned with their job. On the other hand, management can take informed decisions on learning planning for the organisation.
FirstEnergy also implemented SuccessFactors Performance and Goals Management and Succession Planning in April with the help of High Velocity Talent and HR.
Another client of Accenture, TNT, a courier delivery services company with 58,000 employees, operating in 61 countries had implemented SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Solution with the help of High Velocity Talent and HR.

This updated solution has now been integrated with Accenture Clone and Test for Cloud and HR Audit and Compliance Tool.
