Tech City UK’s Digital Business Academy has added three new courses.

The new courses include ‘How to Track Performance in Early-Stage Startups’, which is designed by Founder Centric to provide practical knowledge to identify the numbers that matter to businesses and ways to tackle them.

Participants will be given insight on how startups like Songkick and Pact Coffee, have used in depth tracking methods to increase their commercial performance.

Founder Centric has also designed the course on, ‘How to Manage Customers’, which will teachparticipants on different ways in which customers can interact with businesses.

The content of the course will include certain tools for entrepreneurs that can be used to fast-track customer service improvements, including Streak and Intercom.

Valuable Content has designed the course called, ‘How to Use Social Media for Business’, which will offer practical content that are designed to teach participants on how successful businesses use social media to get customers, drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and build loyalty.

It will include real life case studies from startups that have implemented successful strategies in social media such as Beer Bods and Wriggle.

The Digital Business Academy is the world’s first government-backed online platform which has given the UK population free access to digital business skills and opportunities.
