Managed IP services provider RealLinx has launched VideoLinx, a hosted, multi-party video conferencing service.

VideoLinx can readily satisfy the small to medium-sized businesses’ (SMB) growing demands like high quality, enterprise-grade offering that is cost effective and easy to implement.

VideoLinx supports a wide range of devices from enterprise-grade video conferencing equipment, including Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom, LifeSize and Sony to consumer-grade technologies, such as Skype and GoogleTalk.

Additionally, VideoLinx is easy to operate – users simply dial into the service as they would any standard audio conference bridge in order to conduct a video call.

RealLinx president Gabriel Diaz said companies have become even more reliant on IP communications services, and their appetite for exploiting this capability beyond VoIP is just as great.

"VideoLinx is an excellent response to the types of services we foresee as being core to the SMB market," said Diaz.
