Whitehill says its product lets insurers create personalized communications with their customers and maintain account continuity. It distributes correspondence via e-mail, postage and fax, providing a searchable content repository for rapid retrieval and online viewing of customer and policy-related documents.
The latest version of IStream Communicator provides integration with home-grown and third-party applications, improved clustering and load balancing, and platform support for ‘IBM WAS 6 Express’. This allows for departmental deployments and a revised pricing structure, creating a lower total cost of ownership.
