Kaseya has introduced Small/Medium Enterprise Edition (SMEE), which caters to the needs of small and medium-sized IT departments, and is suitable for the cost conscious IT department that needs to deploy a systems management offering rapidly and achieve ROI quickly.
According to Kaseya, SMEE is an on-premises offering that automates ongoing routine IT tasks, ensuring systems are kept secure and accessible to employees, resulting in increased end-user productivity.
In addition, SMEE provides visibility to the network while creating a flexible and secure offering for IT managers to deploy software and patches, submit tickets, inventory assets and facilitate remote computer access for the Windows and Mac OS X platform.
The company said that the SMEE is equipped with it’s IT Systems Management Kit, which provides new SMEE users with pre-packaged offerings and shortcuts to common scenarios and daily repetitive tasks.
