Enterprise marketing software provider Neolane has announced Jobsite UK, a subsidiary of Daily Mail & General Trust, as a new customer in the UK. Jobsite began implementing Neolane’s customer communication and marketing automation software in December 2008.

Jobsite expects to begin switching its customized email job alert and email marketing campaign communications over to the platform in February 2009.

Using the Neolane software, Jobsite is expected to build and maintain a single customer view of each of its 4.5 million registered users from historical and real-time data. Jobsite will then use the platform to automate the creation and delivery of some 20 million email communications a month; each one customized to individual candidate’s profiles and relevant to their life-stage and job interests.

Belinda Lush, head of product marketing at Jobsite, said: Our current separate job alert and email marketing applications are labor intensive and using valuable resources that could be better spent elsewhere.

By replacing these with Neolane we will integrate the two types of communications, boost our data analytics, customer intelligence and reporting, enabling a better service to our registered users and the agencies and employers promoting their vacancies on Jobsite.
