Telephonetics, a UK-based provider of speech recognition and voice automation services, has signed a new agreement with Freedom, a provider of business communications services. Under the agreement, Freedom will provide the Telephonetics VIP portfolio of speech automation services to customers seeking integrated customer service.

According to Telephonetics, the partnership with Freedom is expected to provide many joint opportunities for delivering advanced, competitive softwares and services to diverse customers and markets.

Freedom’s understanding and expertise in IP networking products and managed services combined with Telephonetics automation skills and contact center management services, are expected to position both companies to offer customers cost effective services.
