The deal adds automated VoIP creation, control and delivery capabilities to Ensim’s clutch of hosted software for web, voice, data, wireless and wireline applications.

The combined company will have a software suite to enable converged voice and data services with reduced operational costs, according to Ensim.

TeleGea will operate under Ensim’s brand. The combined company will have its headquarters in Sunnyvale, California, with regional offices in Pune, India and Waltham, Massachusetts.
