AEG AG, which bought Modular Computer Systems Inc a few years back, is buying again in the US, this time going for Arlington, Texas-based ElectroCom Automation Inc, the largest supplier of document processing systems to the US Postal Service: AEG already holds 26% of ElectroCom and will pay $10 a share cash, or $265m, for the balance.
