Conversion Associates, a business intelligence firm, said that it will launch Conversion Action Platform (CAP) – a business optimisation SaaS, to track, measure, and report on real-time business analytics. It combines web analytics and phone call tracking into web-based platform.
According to Conversion Associates, the new CAP optimises marketing, sales, and customer service initiatives for the SMB market. The marketing initiative combines the web analytics and call tracking to enhance marketing accountability and make multimedia marketing measurement easier.
In addition, the new CAP comes with access to real-time data on the performance of the messages alongside other online and offline strategies, businesses are able to adapt and improve messaging or media placement.
Conversion Associates said, web data reveals what engages customers. This information helps to create better websites and allows salespeople to refine their pitches. Further, the addition of tracked phone lines and recorded calls, help businesses train their salespeople to improve performance.
The phone call tracking improves customer service by monitoring employee/customer interaction. In addition, the new CAP can understand on-line customer engagement and feedback allowing businesses to meet the needs of their customers, the company added.
