Trader Media Group, a European multi-media group, has selected the FatWire Content Server web content management platform to improve its automotive marketplace brand and enhance the web experience for customers.
Trader Media Group (TMG) chose the FatWire platform to deliver a personalized and compelling web experience.
According to FatWire Software, TMG has selected FatWire to take AutoTrader.co.uk to the next level of growth as they broaden the user engagement on the site. FatWire’s web content management capabilities within FatWire Content Server, and its ability to support an enterprise-scale web presence, were central to its decision. The FatWire Engage module aligns with FatWire Content Server to enable TMG to define the specific web content that will be delivered to targeted customer segments.
Using the FatWire Analytics module, TMG can then conduct tracking and reporting on individual content items, promotions, and visitor segments to optimize its personalized information and campaigns, said FatWire.
FatWire Satellite Server’s intelligent caching system ensures that the Auto Trader website maintains peak performance even for dynamic, personalized pages, delivering a positive experience for all its online visitors, added FatWire.
Dominic Collins, group director of new media at TMG, said: With the FatWire platform a European’s automotive website, Auto Trader is the source customers rely on for the information they need to make informed purchasing and sales decisions, and being a source of entertainment and advice around the world of motoring, we can deliver targeted content to segments, and engage customers in an online community to strengthen our brand and maintain our position as a trusted resource in the automotive industry.
