Nstein Technologies, a provider of digital publication services for newspapers, has announced that Relaxnews, a French press agency, has selected its Web Content Management and Text Mining Engine or TME services, to support the launch of worldwide information system for leisure activities, in partnership with the Agence France Presse.

By relying on Web Content Management’s (WCM) open-source approach and the wide range of business features included in the product, Relaxnews has been able to handle the system in house and launch the global newswire, said Nstein.

Mathieu Bully, technical director at Relaxnews, said: Nstein’s WCM platform will give us this flexibility, as well as offering automatic semantic tagging of the content, which will be key to optimizing the experience of our users and the relevance of the proposed content. Text mining will also play an important part in classifying information accurately and in this way simplify the export and syndication of our content.

Louis Mousseau, European general manager of Nstein Technologies, said: We are delighted that Relaxnews has decided to reaffirm its confidence in Nstein with such an important development project for its growth as the world’s first information network for leisure activities.
