ICT service provider IS Interned Services and PINS Group, a provider of hosting and managed services, are joining forces and will continue under the name IS.
IS Interned said that the Customer Self Service label PlusHosting will continue and be further expanded as a one-stop ICT shop for small businesses.
The company said that as a result of both companies’ strength, it can now offer customers an improved and more complete service package.
The firm claims that the new IS, with an expected annual turnover of €21m in 2010 and a workforce of 135 FTE, will become a largest independent Dutch provider of hosting and managed services offerings for SMEs and large businesses.
IS member of board of directors Jan Willem des Tombe said that by joining the both company forces, the company now possess right scale to meet the market’s needs and moreover, by merging its can now offer clients a total product and service portfolio for hosting, managed services, outsourcing and connectivity.
