Global Switch was certified with full ISO standards for data centres across four segments.

Certification was awarded to quality management (ISO 9001:2008), environmental management (ISO 14001:2004), health and safety management (OHSAS 18001:2007) and information security management (ISO 27001:2013).

The company said ISO 9001:2008 defines a quality management system to incorporate best practice methodology, ISO 14001:2004 requires an environmental management system; safety management (OHSAS 18001:2007),defines the best practice for occupational health and safety adn ISO 27001:2013 provides a systematic approach to security information management.

Global Switch owns and operates ten data centres in eight locations in Europe and Asia-Pacific with around 3,200,000 sq ft.
