CACI International has completed its transaction to acquire Pangia Technologies, a provider of network offerings for computer network operations, information assurance, mission systems, software and systems engineering, and IT infrastructure support.

This acquisition is expected to extends CACI’s growth in cybersecurity offerings and increases its already strong presence in the Intelligence Community.

CACI president of US Operations Bill Fairl said Pangia Technologies is a terrific addition to CACI’s cybersecurity and software engineering practice.

CACI president and chief executive officer Paul Cofoni said the acquisition of Pangia Technologies is particularly important to CACI’s focus on building their business in the vitally important area of cybersecurity.

The acquisition Pangia is expected to be accretive to CACI’s earnings per share during its first 12 months.

Headquartered in Fulton, Maryland, Pangia was founded in 1999 and has 110 employees. It offers offerings for vulnerability auditing and threat analysis, intrusion detection engineering, and system security architecture design and development.

With offices in the US and Europe, CACI provides professional services and IT offerings needed to prevail in the areas of defense, intelligence, homeland security, and IT modernisation and government transformation.
