Oracle’s cloud push is continuing with updates to its Human Capital Management Cloud.

The sinister sounding service wants to help organisations to support their global and digital workforce with a number of new features.

The work-life applications include Reputation Management, Employee Wellness, Competitions and Career Development.

Not only is it a cloud service but the company has also integrated analytics capabilities that will help business to evaluate things like skills gaps caused by retirement projects and the assessment of training and development programs against business results.

The release will allow for the combination of HR-related data from multiple sources in a view that can be shared across the company. This will lead to a more coordinated workforce assessment.

Chris Leone, SVP, Applications Development, Oracle, said: "To take advantage of all the changes that digital technologies enable in the workforce, organizations need to be able to quickly, easily, and cost-effectively take advantage of modern HR best practices."
