Data integration software provider Informatica has announced the availability of its Informatica PowerCenter, Big Data Edition (BDE), B2B Data Exchange and Data Quality on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The company said that its customers will be able to run their full Informatica data solution on AWS with their existing or new on-premises license.
Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality and Big Data Edition are used by companies to place mission-critical, great data pipelines into production in less time, with the company’s B2B Data Exchange providing a complete management and monitoring environment which is designed to help organisations collect, exchange and share data.
Informatica said that with AWS companies will not have to waste time for deploying servers, instead using their Informatica-based solutions quickly.
Organisations will also have the freedom to run their data integration, data transformation, data quality systems on Hadoop or traditional infrastructure systems on AWS.
By hosting Informatica’s implementations on AWS, organisations can also gain access to high-performance connectivity to Amazon Simple Storage Service, Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) and Amazon Redshift.
