Microsoft has unveiled Dynamics NAV 2016, a global enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for small and midsized organisations (SMB).
The company said NAV 2016 offers new capabilities in mobility, business insight, and cloud services, as well as deeper interoperability with Azure, Dynamics CRM and Office 365.
Microsoft said SMBs will be able to enable mobile workers on any device with streamlined, easy-to-use native apps.
Wayne Morris, corporate VP of Microsoft’s Dynamics division, said that teams will also get deeper insights into the business with pre-built Microsoft Power BI dashboards and data connections.
The software firm also said that through native integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online, SMBs will be able to grow sales, improve customer service, and streamline order-to cash-processes.
Businesses will be able to deploy Microsoft Dynamics NAV on Microsoft Azure SQL Database, digitise themselves, and expand extensibility and connectivity capabilities with the cloud.
