Sue Lovelock is Director of Professional and Technical Education at the Department for Education (DfE). Before starting this role in November 2019, she was Deputy Director for T Level Delivery, with responsibility for the development and delivery of T Levels. Sue joined the Civil Service as a fast streamer in the Department for Transport in 2003. She then spent more than 10 years in the Department for Housing, Communities and Local Government in a range of roles covering homelessness, housing strategy and planning. She moved to DfE in June 2017 to lead the delivery of T Levels.
