Video conferencing service provider Vidtel has partnered with technology partner, system integrator, broadcast supplier and audiovisual equipment provider Matrix Video Communications to meet the video conferencing demands of the small-medium enterprises (SMEs).

Vidtel’s MeetMe Video Conferencing Service will enable Matrix Video Communications to serve the SMEs in Western Canada and also enable Matrix Video customers to integrate the boardroom, the mobile worker and everything in between, without having to dial into a portal.

The new video conferencing service will meet the SME’s cost, know-how and usability limitations to deliver an enterprise-grade video conferencing experience.

Vidtel’s application which is offered by Matrix Video requires no IT expertise or additional capital expenditure beyond existing systems.

Matrix Video Communications Marielle Crisanti said Vidtel’s approach to cloud video conferencing services will allow the customers to bring together improved video communications technologies at the office, at home and travelling, at a price that even a small company can afford.

"Vidtel’s solution allows us to provide a solution that matches the needs of our customer base, bringing cloud any-to-any video conferencing into the mainstream market," said Crisanti.
