PRG Group has signed an agreement with HS Telecom to provide technical support services for all Avaya IP platforms and systems. The agreement provides HS Telecom with access to project managers, engineers, and software specialists without adding headcount to the HS Telecom payroll.
PRG Group said that this agreement is the first formal relationship the company has signed since it expanded its business model to deliver a suite of professional services to dealers and distributors.
HS Telecom, is a telecommunications and data networking company selling IP communication systems and services. The company’s alliance with Avaya and other hardware manufacturers allows it to access a knowledge base, which in turn allows it to offer a range of resources to its clients.
