PeaceHealth has licensed the Lawson S3 Healthcare, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Financial Management and Lawson Human Resource Management suites. It will use these suites to replace disparate systems and help standardize the processes for its critical support services, including accounting, finance, supply chain and human resources.
The Lawson system will help PeaceHealth automate core business processes and workflows across its facilities. Lawson Supply Chain Management will give the hospital system tools to help it control supply costs. The Lawson application will also help the organization gain visibility into materials management and supply usage trends at individual hospitals and across the organization.
Lawson also said that its deployment will help PeaceHealth with several other core business processes, including how employees receive paychecks, how supplies are ordered and how leadership receives important financial information.
