Nirvanix, a provider of enterprise-class cloud storage services, and Front Porch Digital, a provider of media content offerings, have said that the Nirvanix Cloud Storage Network has been integrated with Front Porch Digital’s DIVASolutions software suite as a cloud archival and storage access offering.
The combination of Nirvanix and DIVASolutions automates multi-platform content distribution in an infinitely scalable, cost-effective enterprise cloud-based storage service, the company claimed.
DIVASolutions provides an array of product offerings that migrate, manage and market media content.
Front Porch Digital chief marketing officer Phil Jackson said the integration of DIVASolutions and the Nirvanix Cloud Storage Network is the beginning of a new strategic direction for Front Porch Digital.
"We see an increasing need for content distribution offerings within the enterprise and beyond; media workflow can no longer be tied to local storage, our customers are demanding tightly integrated offerings for moving content securely around the globe to both further enhance internal collaboration, and better enable the complex business relationships that sustain the modern media enterprise," Jackson said.
