Microsoft has introduced Dynamics CRM Online, a cloud version of the new Dynamics CRM 2011 release that provides new levels of productivity to sales, service and marketing organisations.
The new offering delivers productivity by providing familiar, intelligent and connected experiences to users across the organisation and is available in 40 markets and 41 languages.
The offering provides familiar experiences for sales, service and marketing users through a next-gen native Outlook client, browser-based and mobile access, RoleTailored design, and advanced user personalisation, improving user adoption and access to the information.
It provides intelligent experiences through process dialogues, inline business intelligence for performance and goal management, and real-time dashboards, providing the information critical to enabling sales, service and marketing professionals to do their jobs effectively.
The company said that the new offerings connected experiences provide flexible cloud development, Windows Azure interoperability, contextual SharePoint capabilities and the new Dynamics Marketplace, making it easy for users to configure and customise the offering to meet specific business needs.
Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer said Dynamics CRM redefines productivity by offering a product that is fully embracing the cloud.
