Silver Falcon, a shell investment vehicle with a focus on financial services and fintech in particular, has today floated on the London Stock Exchange.
Geoffrey Dart, Chairman, said: "Our Directors have significant track records in sourcing and executing successful acquisitions and returning value to shareholders and have a particular interest in the FinTech sub-sector."
The other directors have been named as Peter Redmond and Adrian Beeston. Other ventures they have been involved in together include investment AIM-quoted technology firm SATS, and shell Mithril, which has announced a technology reverse.
Dart has also been involved in Energy Technique, which also started as a shell and whose price has risen by 1,067%, while Peter Redmond was involved in Kennedy Ventures, an AIM shell then a mining transaction, whose price has now risen by 420%.
The firm opened trading today at a price of 3.5p pence a share.
