Andover, Massachusetts-based DRC, which made $6.7m net profit on $244.8m revenue in 2003, said Impact’s government division will enhance its CMM/level 3 software engineering competency as well as its business intelligence, business transformation, and network engineering and operations solutions sets.
Washington, DC-based Impact has about 356 employees, giving DRC a total of 600 staff in the Washington area.
DRC said Impact will bring with it expertise in content management, enterprise software, application development, IT service management, and information security capabilities, to augment DRC’s business intelligence solutions.
