With more than 4,300 outlets that include supermarkets, hypermarkets, health and beauty stores, convenience stores, home furnishing stores and restaurants in the Pacific Region and in China, Dairy Farm selected SAP to support its growth plans and harmonize business processes across the region, in order to leverage existing innovations and efficiencies, said SAP.
Dairy Farm is expected to replace multiple in-house and third-party applications with SAP to provide a single information platform that will enable the company to focus its resources strategically and enhance service levels to consumers, added SAP.
SAP for Retail is expected to help Dairy Farm anticipate with business needs and customer demand and enable operations of Dairy Farm by supporting customer loyalty and providing business visibility. It is also expected to reduce the total cost of ownership through a platform that supports multiple channels.
