Bull UK Ltd has acquired a 20% stake in Knutsford, Cheshire-based Sheridan Systems Ltd, together with marketing rights for Sheridan’s Social Services Information Databases product: the two companies will be concentrating on product development for the local government market; under the agreement, Sheridan will be promoting Bull’s products and services, but will continue to support the customers it has that use non-Bull hardware.
