Irvine, California-based AmeriQuest Technologies Inc is to acquire National Computer Distributors Inc, a privately owned, profitable national US distributor of computer hardware to value-added resellers, systems integrators and retailers: AmeriQuest said it will pay owners of National Computer Distributors 1.86m new shares and $3.5m in cash; Miami, Florida-based National Computer Distributors had sales of $197m in the year ended March 31 and it looks for $300m this year.
