The addition of EzGov further strengthens ChoicePoint’s government services strategy of providing integrated end-to-end solutions including data, analytics and services, said David Keil, vice president, ChoicePoint Government Services.

EzGov said its FlexFoundation software platform aims to integrate people, data and processes in a system that is adaptable to government’s current and future infrastructure needs.

As part of the transaction, EzGov’s Americas and Caribbean staff is expected to remain with ChoicePoint and will continue to be located in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington, D.C.

ChoicePoint said the transaction will not have a material impact on its financial results, and will not be dilutive to earnings.
