Japan-based IT infrastructure service company Fujitsu FSAS has consolidated its nationwide servers and streamlined management of its private cloud with BMC Software’s BladeLogic Automation Suite.
The BMC BladeLogic Automation Suite is an integrated management platform that controls the entire lifecycle of the server environment, from server provisioning to application patching and configuration management at datacentres.
Automation minimises the operational errors and saves time spent on recurring tasks, which reduces the staff time needed for server management.
BMC’s application has enabled Fujitsu FSAS to manage its private cloud environment with just three staff members. It has decreased the IT infrastructure management workload for system administrators in each local office, enabling staff to focus on other important projects.
The BMC BladeLogic Automation Suite has also enabled centralised system management and ensured good IT governance, enhancing system security levels and reinforcing standardisation of processes across the IT environment.
