Four months after the acquisition of ijob Inc, ERP vendor Lawson Software Inc says it has incorporated the technology into its human resources software suite and internet-enabled the combined offering. Lawson bought the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma-based ijob for its on-line recruitment technology back in March 1999. The software automates job candidate registration, recruitment and selection processes over the internet. Lawson said it will integrate ijob into its Insight II human resource module and rename the product as two separate modules: candidate self- service and recruiter self-service. ijob will also be available as a stand-alone, web-based offering that can be used with any human resources management system.
