Enterprise information portal software provider Viador Inc has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of common stock worth up to $46m. The company has yet to determine the number of shares to be offered or a price range. The offering will be managed by Bear Stearns & Co, CIBC World Markets and US Bancorp Piper Jaffray.
Viador’s E-Portal Suite is said to offer a comprehensive and integrated portal that gives users a quick and easy way to organize, search for and access current information from a variety of enterprise data sources. The San Mateo, California- based company has 108 employees and posted a net loss last year of $6.2m on revenue of $3.8m.
