BlueGill Technologies Inc, an electronic bill presentment and payment software firm, has opened a European office in London. The Ann Arbor, Michigan company has distribution partnerships with IBM Corp, EDS Corp, Xerox Corp and LaserCom SA, a Swiss consultancy and integrator. BlueGill is targeting telecoms firms, utilities and financial services companies with its software, which handles both business to business and business to consumer billing.
