Computer Associates International Inc says it is working on establishing a new advanced design lab for its UniCentre TNG computer software product line. The firm is also looking at the possibility of opening a new global professional service capability facility in India’s eastern city of Calcutta. CA will also shortlist information technology firms and individual entrepreneurs in India to start high-end projects. These projects will be funded through a $30m venture capital fund, an amount which may be increased later depending on the quality of response it generates.
