CMG PAYS 8.2M POUNDS FOR GERMAN CONSULTANCY

Anglo-Dutch computer services company, CMG Plc is paying 8.2m pounds in cash for German IT consultancy Partner Consult Beratungsgesellschaft fur Information under Organisation mbH, which has offices in Hamburg and Hanover. Partner Consult made pre-tax profits of 700,000 pounds on revenues of 10.7m pounds and CMG says it will strengthen its position in northern Germany.
