Admiral Plc, the UK-based group, is buying Danish IT services group International Datasupport A/S IDS for 4m pounds in cash and further deferred payments of up to 700,000 pounds payable next year depending on profit performance. Copenhagen-based IDS employs 100 staff and revenue for the financial year to April 30 was the equivalent of 5.2m pounds.
