Business application software firm Infor and Ciber, an IT consulting company, have partnered to accelerate implementations and expand the number of trained consultants globally for Infor applications.
The two companies work together to deliver programmatic services and advanced implementation methodologies that Ciber’s consultants will use to accelerate enhanced implementations of Infor applications.
Infor said the new alliance is targeted for equipment service, management and rental dealers.
The new application is designed for rapid deployment that accelerates business value to clients. It is based on Infor’s M3 product and extended by Ciber’s consulting practice.
Infor’s M3 application provides the tools needed to manage the operations for organisations that are in the business to make, move, or maintain products, including distribution, equipment service management and rental, fashion, food & beverage and manufacturing.
M3 allows businesses to monitor transactions throughout their organisation, including asset management, supply chain activities, customer and supplier relationships, manufacturing operations and financial management.
Ciber CEO Dave Peterschmidt said the new alliance combines the power of leading-edge software with scalable business and implementation expertise to directly benefit clients.
"With Infor, we will deliver pre-configured solutions that shorten implementation timeframes, increase adoption and drive tangible business results," Peterschmidt said.
