Oracle Corp, has expanded its recently-launched year 2000 services initiative for mid-market companies by bringing some implementation partners into the fold. The partnerships, which Oracle said were formed in direct response to overwhelming demand for the program, will allow customers the choice of using an independent integrator to implement the Fast Forward Financials Y2K bundle. The offering, which carries a fixed price of $300,000 includes Oracle Financials Release 11 suite for 25 users, consulting, on-site education and one year of support. The company said the additional partners allow it to provide extra capacity and implementation alternatives that can help customers become Y2K compliant quickly, usually in 60 days or less. Those participating in the program include AnswerThink Consulting Group, Arthur Andersen, Consulting Assistance Corp, Core Services Corp, Edgemark Systems, EHI Technology Partners, Grant Thornton LLP, Intelligroup Inc, Manning & Napier Consulting Services, Micro Systems Integration LLC, Parker Management Consultants Ltd, Pragmatek Consulting Group Ltd, SE Technologies, Software Support Services, Technology Solutions Co and The Summit Group Inc.
