Comdex is now being tipped as the venue for the first release of PCs with new generation memory technology from Rambus Inc. IBM Corp, Compaq Computer Corp, Hewlett-Packard Co, and Dell Computer Corp all have PCs at the ready, but are awaiting the final release of Intel Corp’s 820 chipset before they can begin shipping.
