French IT services company Groupe Atos has paid an unspecified sum for a 79% stake in Odyssee, a company specializing in management consultancy. Atos, whose core areas of expertise area e-commerce, customer relationship and supply chain management, said the incorporation of OdysseeÆs 50 consultants will enhance its services on key issues such as restructuring and globalization, as well as its existing competencies.
