Global restaurant chain TGI Fridays has implemented NetSuite OneWorld cloud solution to manage financial operations.
A partnership of Capgemini and NetSuite will deploy the solution, which will modernise TGI’s IT infrastructure.
The solution allows TGI to run mission-critical finance processes such as procure-to-pay, credit-to-cash, record-to-analyse, financial consolidation, multi-currency and financial reporting.
NetSuite OneWorld supports 190 currencies, 19 languages and automated tax compliance in over 50 countries.
It provides real-time visibility across entire operations of TGI with a single unified financial system of record and centralises financial reporting throughout the organisation.
Capgemini will also provide business process outsourcing services across TGI’s restaurants worldwide. Services being provided by the company include application integration and managed as well as finance and accounting.

The US based global restaurant chain operates over 900 restaurants in 60 countries.
